Heftsiba began her way as a flutist in classical music as an orchestral player with symphony and chamber music ensembles.

Alongside her solo career she has been an educator, teacher director and founder of two flourishing music conservatories in Israel. Actively pursuing her love for teaching, Heftsiba dedicates much of her time to working with the younger generation in Israel
Another segment of Heftsiba career is acting as the musical director& artistic producer of large World Music &Classical festivals in israel sience 2003
